Small friendly family run hotel within easy walking distance of Eastbourne town centre and seafront. We offer comforatable en suite bedrooms with TV and hospitality trays plus a car park for residents use only. The hotel is fully licensed and guests can enjoy a drink from the bar or to sit in the spacious and attractive guest lounge books table games and quiz sheets are available to enjoy we also have a piano for the musically gifted Breakfast is served in the bright conservatory dining room overlooking the family garden and fishpond. Guests are welcome to sit in the garden after breakfast. A cold help yourself buffet of cereal fruit yoghurts and juices is available with porridge or a delicious and hearty Full English served to order. A varied Dinner Menu is available during the summer months available by prior arrangement only The food is imaginative healthy and generously served. Special diets are catered for.
